Rap in Tondo is a social and a cultural project initiated by Goethe-Institut Manila and Alliance Française de Manille within the framework of the Elysée Treaty. From May 26 to May 29, 2010, French and German hip hop and rap artists (Les Coudes Productions) are coming to Manila to work together with Filipino ones (Tondo Tribe) from Tondo. Workshops, concerts, dance and DJ battles will be organized in collaboration with local partners and NGO’s.

Rap à Tondo est un projet social et culturel initié par l’Alliance Française de Manille et l’Institut Goethe de Manille dans le cadre du traité de l‘Elysée. Du 26 au 29 mai 2010, des artistes français et allemands de hip hop (Les Coudes Productions) sont à Manille pour travailler avec des rappeurs philippins (Tondo Tribe) du quartier de Tondo. Ateliers de chant, de danse et de mix dj, concerts et compétitions de danse sont organisés en collaboration avec des partenaires et des ONG locaux.
