Mamlo travels across Guinea in search of “Mouramani”, the first film made in 1953 by a Black filmmaker from francophone Africa. On this quest, he discovers the history of cinema in his country and what it has become today. Confronting history through his camera, he even travels to France in search of a lost copy of this vanished film.
