(meaning "mouth" in Italian) is a premium dining restaurant specializing in contemporary continental cuisine using ingredients that bring Europe's finest closer to the Philippines.

It caters to groups seeking to find a fresh and exciting place for purposeful conversations.

BRASSERIE SAGANA

Brasserie Sagana serves authentic, honest French Brasserie cuisine in a sleek modern setting. With a focus on quality ingredients and traditional technique, it brings the spirit of France to the heart of the city. Guests can enjoy comforting classics, carefully curated wines, and a relaxed yet refined dining atmosphere.

Crêpe Glazik

Crêpe Glazik (formerly known as Kuya Crêpes) is a little gem cafe that offers a taste of authentic French crêpes and artisanal gelato in Salcedo village, Makati.

Founded by a French and Filipino couple, Crêpe Glazik is a business success story that started during the pandemic when the couple decided to donate crêpes to hospitals in April of 2020. Following their donations, the doctors requested to order crêpes to send to their loved ones and in the span of a few weeks the couple was already selling thousands of crêpes from home.

Freshly opened last October 2021, Crêpe Glazik brings the true taste from Brittany (aka Bretagne) in France, which is considered as the worldwide capital of this French specialty.

Le Cellier

In France wine is an art, and a tradition transmitted from generations to generations.

Le Cellier is relentlessly tasting and selecting the very best wines that France wine-producing regions can offer, and ensuring their availability in Manila through adequate air-conditioned storage to maintain quality. Their wine list is updated and new wines are added on a regular basis to satisfy their clients’ needs.

Flotamil

Flota Mil began with a vision to connect two worlds—from one end of the planet to the other—through international trade and a shared appreciation for wine.

The idea took shape while we were both completing our MBA in Barcelona. Once our studies were finished, we set out to turn that vision into reality. After many conversations and careful planning, we decided to focus on importing and distributing quality wines, with the aim of helping grow wine culture in the Philippines.

With that concept in mind, Flota Mil was born. The name, meaning “Thousand Fleet”, reflects the spirit of exploration at the heart of the company. It was inspired by the historic Manila galleon during the Spanish colonial era, a vital route that once brought goods to the Philippines from afar.
