The DELF (All Publics or Professional version) and the DALF are official diplomas issued by the French National Ministry of Education to certify the French language skills of foreign candidates and French nationals originating from a non-francophone country and without the possession of a public secondary or higher education diploma from France.
The DELF is composed of 4 independent diplomas, which correspond to the 4 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEF).
